Ashley is a Rutgers University of New Brunswick graduate, who began her career in a sales executive position for a major advertising company. Soon after, she decided to partner with her father to expand his real estate business.
Growing up with the business in her home, it was a natural transition for Ashley into the real estate industry. Working with her father and his growing team, she has continued her passion for marketing and oversees the marketing department using her overzealous eye for attention to detail. She specializes in brand enhancement strategies, marketing plans, along with promotional and direct mail campaigns. Marketing clients’ homes globally and locally to create the most possible exposure is a key element of The Ray Moorhouse Group’s mission to provide superior marketing in both traditional and ever evolving interactive markets.
Ashley also works closely with Ray in overseeing the daily tasks that goes along with their clients' listings, and finds the most satisfaction in helping buyers find their dream home. Had she not gone the real estate route, she would have been an interior designer so she is more than happy to lend her buyers creative vision of how their future house can become their "home" with a few simple, inexpensive cosmetic changes.
On a personal note, Ashley is an avid supporter for Autism Speaks, a non-profit organization that is near and dear to her heart, which she has participated in for the past 5 years by doing the annual walk to raise awareness and money for research.
